Flattnitz in winter

A dream in white! The guaranteed snow, the incomparable landscape and the varied offer of activities make Flattnitz a hot spot for families, winter sports enthusiasts, connoisseurs and nature lovers. The small ski area currently offers a T-bar lift with 2 runs and is ideal for young families and individualists who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the large ski areas and prefer to ski down the perfectly groomed runs of the Flattnitz. You can tackle the fun on the slopes with your skis starting directly from our Chalet, and you can ski right back up to the front door. Ski service and ski rental are close by if required. A skiing school, including a final race and award ceremony for our youngest, should of course not be missing!

Larger ski areas such as Kreischberg, Turrach, Hochrindl and others can be reached in 25-40 minutes.

Cross-country skiers will find optimal conditions here. The extensive, looped cross-country ski trail over 15 km meets all requirements from beginners to professionals. Classic and skating trails are available in parallel. Access to the trail is possible directly below our Chalet.

The surrounding mountain peaks want to be conquered by tourers, and snowshoeing is also enjoying growing popularity. Several toboggan runs invite young and old to have fun on 2 runners, 2 sledges are available in our house, others can be rented nearby.
